Honey & Hawk is a contemporary womenswear label inspired by the art of romanticising everyday life. Founded and creatively led by New Zealand designer Melissa Jane, the brand is shaped by a lifelong love of fashion, design, aesthetics, travel, and storytelling, with over 20 years of experience working across the advertising and television industries.
Created for women who dress with intention, each piece is designed as an elevated wardrobe staple – effortless yet refined, with timeless silhouettes and a modern edge. Designed to move seamlessly from slow mornings to late nights and everything in between.
Honey & Hawk explores the harmony of duality: softness and strength, femininity and masculinity. “Honey” draws from Melissa’s name - Greek for honey bee, symbolising grace and divine femininity, while “Hawk” represents vision, strength, and inner power. Together, they embody the balance of energies that define both the brand and its founder.
