GOLD PLATING

All of our jewellery is Gold Vermeil. This is a 925 silver base which is then electroplated with a thick layer of 18 carat Gold. We gold plate our pieces with 3 microns. Anything over 2.5 microns is classed as Gold VermeiI. This is a very thick layer of gold, so if looked after well, it will last a very long time.

JEWELLERY CARE

Take care of your Gold Vermeil jewellery with a soft polishing cloth and try to avoid direct contact with strong chemicals, cleaning products, water, creams, and perfumes to ensure product longevity.

WARRANTY

We offer a 12 month warranty on all jewellery items with proof of purchase. Our warranty covers faulty items. It does not cover general wear & tear. If you receive your jewellery and it is faulty in any way, please contact our customer care team and we will look after your request within 3 working days.
